Development Management
The team has an impressive track record and a wealth of experience, providing clients with comfort that their assets full potential will be realised. A full management service includes the acquisition, planning and construction of each property and runs through to the to the developments completion and even the subsequent sale or refinance.
Joint Venture
Subject to the asset, we will enter into a Joint Venture agreement with the asset owner. On completion of the agreement we will assume responsibility for the development. This means that all costs associated with the asset, to include 100% of the planning and development costs, are payable by Weetman. Our partnership with Online allows us to provide extremely competitive build costs. The financing of the development is agreed with our existing banking partners. These two factors are crucial to ensuring the success of each development.
Asset and Facilities Management
At Weetman we offer our clients a proactive asset management service that helps to ensure the greatest potential is realised from each asset. Our bespoke service means we are able to provide clients with suitable long-term strategies for their needs. Our partnership with Online means that every asset is looked after daily by a reliable and efficient maintenance team.
