The Royal Oak

In September 2022, Weetman accomplished a simultaneous exchange and completion on The Royal Oak, a pub with accompanying gardens that had been abandoned for over five years. This lead to significant deterioration, however, our team has been working diligently to bring the site back to life. Weetman submitted a planning application to Waverley Borough Council for six detached houses in March 2023. Planning was granted in Q3 of 2023 and the site disposed of in Q4.
