The Royal Oak

On the 2nd of September 2022, Weetman accomplished a simultaneous exchange and completion on the Royal Oak, a pub with accompanying gardens that had been abandoned for over five years, leading to significant deterioration. However, our team has been working diligently to bring the site back to life. Currently, Weetman has submitted a planning application to Waverley Borough Council for six detached houses. With the application in progress, the goal is to commence construction in the summer of 2023. By bringing this derelict site back to life, Weetman is not only creating new homes for the community but also improving the overall aesthetic of the area.
