Lammas Gate

Originally offices, this 3,500 square foot development was converted into four 2-bedroom apartments. The apartment’s large south facing balconies have views over the idyllic Lammas lands of Godalming and provide modern urban living over the rural back drop. The master bedrooms of each unit provide separate dressing areas and ensuite bathrooms. This collection of residential apartments were designed and built to lifetime homes specifications and awarded BREEAM domestic refurbishment. 

 Lammas Gate was nominated by Surrey Property Awards (2014): Best New Homes Development Category.
