London House

On acquisition, London House was in use as both commercial office space along with residential use. Following the acquisition of the building, it became vacant and multiple planning applications were submitted. Permission was achieved to convert the Grade II listed building into three residential units and for the rear of the building to be demolished and replaced with a new build element.

The total development was in excess of 10,000sqft and provided beautifully characteristic and unique living accommodation. Working closely with English Heritage many of the historic period features have been retained within this bespoke property.
