Rectory Court

Weetman exchanged on Rectory Court in May 2020 at which point a planning application was submitted to convert the office space into 16 residential units. Planning was successfully achieved in July and financial completion took place on the owner occupiers departure of the building in August. Construction began the following day with the team targeting Practical Completion in spring of 2021.
